With the help of Technical support teachers can continue to share their knowledge and teach. Students can continue to attend their classes and can actively participate in regular class activities and discussion.

The Technical support that an Educhamps provides to Educhamps staff and students is MICROSOFT TEAMS.
Students/teachers or any other Educhamps members can get an access to Microsoft Team.
Students can enjoy the all the free features as well as paid features that only comes in paid version in Microsoft 365. The institution is paying for the Microsoft paid version.
Only a student with Educhamps email id will get access to all the free feature of Microsoft team.

Features of Microsoft Teams:

Students/ teachers can do a Video meetings and voice calls. While video calling 10,000 individuals can join a meeting and the call can last for at least 8 hours. This can be done while presentation, events and live classes.
Microsoft team also offers the storage of 1 TB per operator.
Users can make video calls and voice calls using any devices.
Users can also share content which is the most convenient feature of Microsoft team.

In Microsoft Team an individual can also record a meeting with a voice, video and content share. The recordings will be available in a cloud and later will get stored in Microsoft stream.

Step by Step procedure for downloading Microsoft teams:

Go to team Microsoft desktop in web browser.
Educhamps students/teachers and other members are supposed to type there Educhamps email id to sign in.
That will take us to the Microsoft teams web application.
To further download the app the on desktop. Click on download desktop app and then click on installing, it will start installing.
Once the downloading is done, download install teams by clicking on teams installer.
