Open house meetings
Open house meetings are specific meetings that is held by the teachers at the end of every term to let the parents understand how their child has been performing over the past few months.
This helps the parents get a full overview of their child’s learning and understanding skills. Parents are also informed about the tournaments which are held every year and also gives them an opportunity to be a part of the parent community. The parents are given the liberty to choose their time slot and can meet the teacher accordingly. This time slot will be given to the parents 4 days in advance so they can take their time off work to be in school. The teachers get a final list of the time slots a day before the meeting. The teachers also have a clear picture as to who is coming when and accordingly can speak about that particular student.
